Raiden

The 2011 Anime Conji was a three day event held at the end of March in San Diego, California. Like past years, many cosplay and art shows were featured. Blocks of times were spent on all sorts of different games, generally bearing Japanese themes. DragonBall Z, Pokemon and Gundam were among the 2011 blocks.

One of the most popular cosplay characters, however, was more recent and drew attention mainly because she is a hot blonde who happened to be wearing a bikini. Crystal Graziano was on hand as Selvaria Bles from the Valkyria Chronicles.

While the 2008 release may not appeal to retro gamers, some of Graziano’s other work may well. While cast to cosplay Selvaria Bles, her favorite game is actually Metal Gear and she can be seen all trussed up in some pretty fine MG apparel on her deviant art site. She seems to work out well as Raiden.
