For the true Nintendo fanatic or the wannabe who needs to know more about one of the greatest home video gaming systems in history, La Bible NES/Famicom is a 432 page encyclopedia dedicated to the Nintendo Entertainment System.
Detailed to a fault, Pix’n Love’s La Bible NES/Famicom almanac features over 1900 reviews of official, homebrew and indie games for the NES and Famicom. That’s pretty thorough. On top of reviews and details from every imaginable game, the bible also offers an in depth history of the machine and the company behind it, including specs and beta models.
The kicker to the entire story is that the book is packaged in a mimic NES cartridge dust sleeve. The downside is that it is, of course, written entirely in French. The publisher is currently working on an English translation of this brilliant gaming book. Read more about it here.
