Many of the Kirby games have already been done and redone and re-released for play on the newer machines, most notably Wii-ware. Nintendo, however, one-upped the program by offering the Kirby original cartoon series on a new streaming Wii channel devoted just to the little round mound.
Currently, four Kirby—Right Back At Ya! episodes are available at any given time, for free, on the Wii Shop Channel. Keys can be found in these four episodes that will unlock older episodes for even more fun viewing.
Kirby was an early Nintendo platform game that was released in 1992. It sold over thirty million units and featured twenty games in the complete library. Numerous comic and manga adaptations have been marketed, and the TV series was issued in multiple languages globally to address the popularity of the little character and his clean, childlike fun.
