Fans of the Nintendo 64 and its library of games were likely thrilled when the Everdrive 64 hit the markets. This flash card suddenly made moving between ROMs and consoles nearly effortless. The effort, however, was in finding one. Sold out and back-ordered all over the Net, the Everdrive 64 is practically an enigma.
Enter the 64drive. If things continue to progress on pace, this gem (currently in development) will be available by fall and will fill the hole left by the phantom Everdrive. Hints by the development team will also lead one to believe that the 64drive will also be conducive to coding your own N64 gaming experiences. Read more about it here.
