It is no real secret to old school gamers that many of the favorite good old games of yesteryear made their way to formats far beyond the faithful NES or other gaming systems. Many gaming characters became animated cartoons, handheld games, comic books, or even action figures.
YouTube user counter656 has taken some of the aforementioned action figures and made some pretty cool tributes to some of the greatest classic games, as well as other old school greats. Games in his new stop-motion library, created with a Nikon D5100 include Street Fighter, Final Fantasy and Mega Man.
You can also see Gundam, Transformers, Star Wars and Legos. These popular classics started in a different media format, such as movies or action figures, and were made into video games because of their popularity…in essence the reverse if the former list.
Be sure to search for this user and check out all of his cool mini-movies, most of which are fight scenes. Read more about it here.
