Chankast was originally developed by the group of Spanish programmers just in few months. However the emulator is really good. It has great compatibility, nice fps number and almost doesn’t have glitches and errors.
Demul is another good emulator, which supports not only Sega Dreamcast games, but also Naomi arcade machines. It also supports saves, joysticks, plug-ins and still getting better and better.
nullDC is one of the best Dreamcast emulators on condition of having powerfully hardware. Basic release already has a lot of usefull plug-ins and possible adjustments. It almost doesn’t have glitches. NullDC Cheater tools is a nice bonus.
