The SNES and Sega Mega Drive USB port

Some time ago, there was talk in the old school gaming industries of a USB cartridge that could serve as plug-in tool for the Sega Mega Drive and the SNES. The rumor mill actually bore fruit this time around, and the Retrode2 came up for pre-order (a September 2011 release is expected) in mid June.

Radiant Silvergun that won’t break the bank

As vertically scrolling traditional shooters go, Radiant Silvergun was fun, but pretty standard. The Saturn port of Radiant Silvergun was the first traditional scrolling shooter by Treasure, and it featured seven weapons on a loaded ship, entertaining boss battles, easter eggs and other goodies. It also featured a three-digit price tag.
