bsnes is a multiplatform emulator for SNES. Each version, either for Windows, Linux or OS X, has a nice interface and great compatibility with all games. This emulator is still getting better and better, as it has open source code and many SNES fans can upgrade it.

Snes9x is one of the best SNES emulators. It works good with all ROMs, supports saves, networks game. It also has a lot of settings and even can record game video.

ZSNES is another multi system platform for SNES. Available for Windows, DOS and Linux. It was written on assembler. It has nice compatibility too, supports video interpolation, can record video.
