The SNES and Sega Mega Drive USB port

Some time ago, there was talk in the old school gaming industries of a USB cartridge that could serve as plug-in tool for the Sega Mega Drive and the SNES. The rumor mill actually bore fruit this time around, and the Retrode2 came up for pre-order (a September 2011 release is expected) in mid June.

Dragon Quest looking good for 25th Anniversary release

August 31, 2011 marked the release of the much awaited trailer for the new Dragon Quest games that will be released on the Nintendo Wii in honor of the game’s 25th anniversary. The collection is slated to include the first three games, originally available on the Nintendo Entertainment System.
